Pets:Pets are allowed, crates are required. Please don’t leave your pet to roam in the cabins. There will be a $100.00 cleaning fee if necessary.

Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and contents by all guests during their reservation period, and acknowledges such actions WILL result in additional charges .
Absolutely No Cancellation accepted or acknowledged by e-mail/phone message. You Must speak with management about cabins cancellation.
Cancellations require 14 day advance notice minimum. If cancellation is made less than 14 days but more than 48 hours, There will be a $180.00 cancellation fee + tax.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date and/or NO SHOWS will still be CHARGED the full cost of the booked reservation + tax.
Jet Ski Rentals
2009 Yamaha VX110 Deluxe 4 stroke three seater jetski. Rental comes with a full tank of gas, life jackets, fire extinguisher and anchor.
Standard Jet ski Rates:
$75.00 the first hour and $25.00 each additional hour.
24 hr. rental $350.00
48 hr. rental $550.00
72 hr. rental $750.00
(Please allow at least 1/2 hour to return.)
2005 Sugar Sand Mirage
The “Reeser” is a fun boat that seats up to 8! This is a Jet boat so you don’t have to worry about the prop. This is a great boat for a day of tubing, skiing, or taking in some sun. Rental comes with full tank of gas, fire extinguisher and anchor when going to Broken Bow Lake .
Standard Boat Rates:
$125.00 first hour and $25.00 each additional hour.
24 hr. rental: $400.
48 hr. rental $600
72 hr. rental $800.

Trailers require a 2 inch ball and 4 flat light hook up.
Tubing and Skiing is a blast! Make sure to ask what extras we have available! Tubes, Skis, Wake boards, etc.

Requirements
-To RENT: 21 years of age with a valid drivers license. (Not to Ride)
-Every Rental requires a $500.00 Credit Card damage deposit, to be made in person by the cardholder.
-We require a $50 non-refundable deposit the day of reservation, to be credited towards the rental total the day of rental.
All reservations must be canceled 7 days prior to scheduled pickup time, otherwise full rental rates will be charged.
