Toronto is a great city! If you are ever thinking about traveling on a toronto tour then I highly recommend toronto tourism packages. Here are a few places you should visit when you are visiting Toronto.

Toronto Tourism Packages

CN Tower

I know you knew this one would be on the list. The great CN Tower which is located right in the heart of downtown Toronto is one of the most popular attraction in the area. Once the highest tower in the world, it can be seen from all directionsand from the surrounding cities. Just be sure you’re not afraid of heights!

The tower is 550 meters tall, that’s about1800 feet. If you visit on a clear day then the view is beautiful. Every year, more than two million visitors take the elevator ride to the top of the tower for the one of a kind scene. Once your up there, you can enjoy a variety of activities including the see-thru glass floor, laser quest and of course, the 360 degree revolving restaurant where you can see the view of the surrounding cities. The CN Tower is definitely one of the places you should see when you’re on a toronto tourism package.

Royal Ontario Museum – ROM

The Royal Ontario Museum, also known as the ROM is also located in the centre of Toronto. It is in fact,, Canada’s largest museum of world culture and natural history and the 5th largest museum in North America. If you’re into museums the make sure it’s one of places included in a tour of Toronto.

The ROM has over six million items spread through forty galleries. One of my favorite places there is the dinosaur exhibit but I also enjoyed the various cultural exhibits there including the African, East Asian, European andalso the Canadian exhibits.

Even if you’re not a museum fan then I still highly recommend you go see the outside. It is an architectural beauty.

Casa Loma

Taking over three years, 300 hundred workers and more than 3 million dollars, Casa Loma was finally built in 1914. Casa Loma is one of Toronto’s most glamorous and romantic castles. The castle is furnished with decorated suites, hidden passages, tunnels, stales and a huge garden. And best of all, Casa Loma is open all year round!

Casa Loma was the life work of Sir Henery Pellatt who was a prominent Canadian financier and military officer of the 20th century. Because of his admiration with European castles, Sir Henry contacted Lennox who was a famous architect during that time to aid in the creation of this castle which is a mixture of Norman, Romantic and Gothic beauty. When you’re on a Toronto tour I highly recommend having Casa Loma on you list of places to go to.
